Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
